Job Summary

As a CDL A Local Delivery Truck Driver, you will be responsible for operating a tractor-trailer and delivering various products to customer locations on an assigned route schedule. You will build relationships with each customer, using your positive and friendly attitude to meet their needs and expectations. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to adhere to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate a tractor-trailer
• Deliver various products (meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, dry goods, supplies, etc.) to customer locations
• Build relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service
• Follow assigned route schedule
• Adhere to safety guidelines and transportation laws

Qualifications

• Valid CDL A license
• 21+ years of age
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Recent driving school graduates welcome
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Ability to lift, push, or move product weighing an average of 40-60 pounds and up to 100 pounds
• Flexibility to work overtime, occasional weekends, and holidays
• Willing to attend CDL-A training class
