Job Summary

As a CDL A Local Delivery Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a tractor-trailer and delivering various products to customer locations on an assigned route schedule. You will build relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and meeting their needs and expectations. Key responsibilities include:

• Safely and efficiently operating a tractor-trailer to deliver products to customer locations
• Manually unloading and delivering various products (meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, dry goods, supplies, etc.)
• Building positive relationships with customers
• Becoming familiar with customer operations to meet their specific needs

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

• Recent driving school graduates welcome
• 21+ years of age
• Must submit to a pre-employment drug screen
• CDL Permit
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Ability to lift, push, or move product weighing an average of 40-60 pounds and up to 100 pounds
• Flexibility to work overtime, occasional weekends, and holidays
• Required to attend CDL-A training class, which includes time away from home
