Details

As a CDL A Local Delivery Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a tractor-trailer and transporting doubles (potentially triples) between our facility and shuttle yards. Additional duties may include unloading and delivering various products to customer locations on an assigned route schedule. This is a full-time position with no travel required. Most drivers are home daily, allowing for a good work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer and transport doubles (potentially triples) between SYSCO facility and shuttle yards
• Unload and deliver products to customer locations on an assigned route schedule
• Adhere to all safety procedures and transportation regulations
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck
• Provide exceptional customer service

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Doubles/Triples Endorsement preferred
• Ability to lift, push, or move products weighing up to 60 pounds
