Responsibilities:

As a CDL A Local Delivery Truck Driver Trainee, your responsibilities will include:

• Building relationships with customers and meeting their delivery needs and expectations
• Safely and efficiently operating a tractor-trailer
• Manually unloading and delivering various products to customer locations
• Following an assigned route schedule

Requirements:

To qualify for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

• Recent driving school graduates welcome
• 21+ years of age
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
• CDL Permit
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Ability to handle touch freight, including lifting, pushing, or moving product weighing 40-60 pounds (up to 100 pounds)
• Flexibility to work overtime, occasional weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to attend CDL-A training class, which includes time away from home
