Summary:

SYSCO, the global leader in foodservice distribution, is currently seeking reliable and dedicated CDL A Local Delivery Truck Driver Trainees to join our team in Fergus Falls, MN. As a CDL A Delivery Truck Driver Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and operate a tractor-trailer while delivering various products to our valued customers throughout Otter Tail County and the surrounding areas. Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operate a tractor-trailer to make on-time deliveries to customer locations
• Build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs and expectations
• Unload and deliver various products, including meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, and dry goods
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• Valid CDL A license or CDL A permit
• At least 21 years of age
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Ability to lift, push, or move products weighing up to 100 pounds
• Flexibility to work overtime, occasional weekends, and holidays
• Must be willing to attend CDL-A training class, which may require time away from home
