Summary:

SYSCO, a global leader in foodservice distribution, is hiring CDL A Local Delivery Truck Drivers. In this role, you will safely and efficiently operate a tractor-trailer to deliver various products to customer locations. We are seeking dependable and customer-oriented individuals who can build strong relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Safely drive a tractor-trailer to customer locations on an assigned route schedule
• Manually unload and deliver products (meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, dry goods, supplies, etc.)
• Build positive relationships with customers and understand their operations

Requirements:

• Recent driving school graduates welcome
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Clean driving record and valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL)
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Ability to handle touch freight weighing an average of 40-60 pounds, and up to 100 pounds
• Flexibility for occasional overtime, weekends, and holidays
