Position Summary

SYSCO is seeking dependable CDL A Shuttle Delivery Truck Drivers to join our team. As a CDL A Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a tractor-trailer and transporting cargo between Sysco facilities and shuttle yards. In addition, you may be required to unload and deliver various products to customer locations on an assigned route schedule.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer, following all traffic laws and company policies
• Transport cargo between Sysco facilities and shuttle yards
• Load and unload products from the truck
• Deliver products to customer locations
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and hours of service
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the truck

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL)
• Clean driving record
• Doubles/Triples endorsement preferred
• Ability to lift, push, or move products weighing up to 100 pounds occasionally
