Summary:

We are seeking a dependable CDL A Local Delivery Truck Driver to join our team at SYSCO. In this role, you will safely and efficiently operate a tractor-trailer to deliver various products to customer locations on an assigned route schedule. As a valued member of our team, you will build relationships with each customer and meet their needs and expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer to deliver products to customer locations
• Unload and manually deliver various products to customers
• Build positive relationships with customers
• Understand customer operations and meet their needs

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Ability to lift, push, or move products weighing up to 100 pounds
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year of customer delivery experience
• 6 months of hand cart/hand truck experience
• 6 months of Food and Beverage experience
• 2 years of consistent work history
