Details

As a CDL A Driver Trainee at Sysco, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a tractor-trailer and delivering various products to customer locations. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their needs
• Safely operating a tractor-trailer on an assigned route schedule
• Manually unloading and delivering products to customer locations

Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

• Recent driving school graduates welcome
• At least 21 years of age
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Ability to lift, push, or move products weighing an average of 40-60 pounds, and up to 100 pounds
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends and holidays
