Responsibilities:

As a Delivery Truck Driver with US Foods, you will play a crucial role in our organization. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering customers' orders to meet scheduled delivery times
• Unloading products with a hand truck and placing items in the customer storage area
• Performing repeated, manual heavy lifting of items up to 80 pounds
• Making frequent stops during a work shift
• Delivering products in various weather conditions
• Verifying delivery of items with customers
• Collecting payment from customers

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

• At least 21 years of age
• Valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
• Valid U.S. driver's license issued by the state of legal residence with proper endorsements if required
• Maximum of two traffic violations in the past two-year period, no DUI convictions in the past three years, and no driver's license suspensions in the past three years
• Minimum of six months of commercial driving experience in any industry OR three months of driving experience in the food and beverage delivery industry
• Ability to pass DOT physical
