In this role, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing production processes, ensuring efficiency and productivity, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement
• Developing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance production processes
• Streamlining production processes through time and motion studies
• Overseeing the installation and management of new or existing plant equipment
• Implementing Industry 4.0 practices to connect plant equipment to the company's MES system
• Managing the plant layout and ensuring it remains updated
• Maintaining documentation for internal maintenance activities
• Developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to simplify workflows
• Conducting process audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering within a mechanical production environment
• Strong background in continuous improvement methodologies
• Proficiency in time study methods and process standards
• Experience with process simulation software and other relevant engineering tools
