Job Description

As part of the Legal team, you will be responsible for managing legal and regulatory matters. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Drafting and vetting of various agreements, including Master Service Agreement, Non-Disclosure Agreement, Statement of Work, Lease Agreement, and more.
2. Tracking and monitoring contract modifications, deliverables, and risks.
3. Conducting research on contractual terms and conditions.
4. Identifying and proposing solutions for contract management issues.
5. Negotiating and structuring commercial and legal terms.
6. Ensuring adherence to contractual compliance.
7. Title investigation and due diligence of property on lease or sale.
8. Managing corporate litigations, including arbitration, consumer, civil, tax, and criminal matters.

Qualifications

• BL/LLB/ML/LLM degree
• Minimum 8-12 years of experience as an in-house counsel
• Computer system knowledge and proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Strong legal drafting and vetting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of computer applications
• Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
