ClearCompany is currently seeking 3 experienced Solution Architects to join our team. As a Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in engineering fit-for-purpose solutions and ensuring alignment with our Enterprise Architecture strategies. Role Responsibilities:

• Engineer fit-for-purpose solutions that encompass the architectural concerns of business, information, application, technology, and security domains in line with our Enterprise Architecture strategies and standards.

• Collaborate with vendors to identify solution capabilities and ensure strategic alignment.

• Capture system requirements to drive solution architecture that fulfills the needs and expectations of stakeholders.

• Assess and consider the implications of relevant policies, standards, and constraints that impact architectural decision-making.

• Conduct and document architectural trade-off analysis to support and justify decisions made during the specification of the solution architecture.

• Communicate and consult with stakeholders and ICT professionals to promote shared understanding and acceptance of proposed solutions.

• Provide expert advice, present solution alternatives, and communicate risks, issues, and implications.

• Manage projects and operational work using project management methodologies to prioritize, organize, and implement resources and schedules.

• Develop comprehensive responses, briefs, submissions, presentations, and reports to guide the development and implementation of solution architecture.

• Contribute to the development of strategic project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in developing solution architectures for complex systems across all architectural domains, ensuring consistency with specified requirements agreed upon with internal and external stakeholders.

• Strong knowledge and application of solution architecture principles, practices, and processes within enterprise architecture, ICT investment, and governance frameworks.

• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address technology challenges in response to business and ICT requirements.

• Experience in using project management methodologies to facilitate service providers' timely delivery of outcomes.

• Ability to establish positive, strategic partnerships and collaborative relationships with senior executive stakeholders and key decision-makers.
