Summary:

Australia Post is looking for a Retail Customer Service Officer to join their team in Port Lincoln, SA. As a pivotal part of the retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing transactions, promoting products, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Casual on Call
• Training: Supportive on-the-job training for the first 12 weeks
• Working Hours: Various hours as required by the business
• Hourly Rate: $32.37 per hour, increasing to $34.59 per hour after training

Responsibilities:

• Perform customer sales and service transactions
• Manage high-value transactions accurately
• Conduct identity services transactions
• Promote products through up-selling and cross-selling
• Assist customers with mail lodgements
• Build relationships with customers
• Assist with administrative duties

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service and cash handling
• Ability to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly
• Stand for the duration of the shift
