Australia Post is looking for a Retail Customer Service Officer to join their team in Port Lincoln, SA. As a pivotal part of the retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing transactions, promoting products, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Job Details:
- Job Type: Casual on Call
- Training: Supportive on-the-job training for the first 12 weeks
- Working Hours: Various hours as required by the business
- Hourly Rate: $32.37 per hour, increasing to $34.59 per hour after training
Responsibilities:
- Perform customer sales and service transactions
- Manage high-value transactions accurately
- Conduct identity services transactions
- Promote products through up-selling and cross-selling
- Assist customers with mail lodgements
- Build relationships with customers
- Assist with administrative duties
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service and cash handling
- Ability to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly
- Stand for the duration of the shift
