With a focus on contaminated land, you will collaborate with a national team on significant projects. This role requires autonomy in project management, staff mentoring, client relationships, and addressing environmental issues. You will be responsible for project supervision, ensuring compliance, engaging with clients, and contributing to business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects ensuring quality, budget, and timelines
  • Conduct investigations, analysis, and reporting following industry standards
  • Mentor staff and oversee deliverables like reports and proposals
  • Collaborate with design teams to maintain project integrity
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members
  • Build strong client relationships and manage commercial aspects of projects
  • Engage in CPD and uphold health and safety regulations

Requirements

  • Degree with Chartered status or equivalent
  • 8+ years of experience in environmental science
  • Background in professional services
  • Strong leadership, delegation, and innovation skills
  • Proven track record in project management and client engagement
