As a Leasing Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service and support to clients throughout the leasing process. Working closely with the Property Management division, your tasks will include:

• Preparing lease documents and facilitating lease sign-ups
• Conducting open homes and property viewings
• Responding to tenant enquiries via phone and email
• Processing rental applications and conducting background checks
• Acting as a liaison between landlords and tenants, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution
• Delivering excellent customer service

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:

• A valid NSW real estate licence/certificate of registration
• A NSW driver's licence and reliable, well-presented vehicle
• Exceptional communication skills and a professional phone manner
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Immaculate personal presentation and excellent time management skills
