As the Head of Medical Biosciences, you will play a critical role in driving innovative, interdisciplinary learning and teaching activities and collaborative research projects and partnerships.

Reporting to the Dean (People and Resources) and working closely with other senior executives, directors, and discipline leads, you will contribute to leadership and management initiatives, fostering productive partnerships and alliances to fulfill the strategic objectives of both the College and the University. Engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including health and industry players, will be crucial in this role. Your ability to model and cultivate a vibrant, agile, and collegiate organizational culture will be essential to success, as well as your initiative in providing suitable development opportunities for both professional and academic staff.
