Position Purpose: Expand the product reach and profit revenues for ADP's Small Business Products and Services within the Small Business Market. This role involves closing marketing generated sales leads and sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Close sales and achieve monthly quotas
- Research assigned leads via data/information provided
- Connect with key contacts to qualify leads
- Develop a solid understanding of ADP's product offerings
- Identify and harness additional sales opportunities
- Monitor and report on competitor activity
Experience: Minimum 1-2+ years successful experience in cold calling or related position. Proven track record of closing new business, strong influencing and negotiation skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office suite of tools.
Certifications / Qualifications: Tertiary Qualification or Equivalent experience within Business / Management / Marketing discipline
