Responsibilities

• Excavating and constructing pools and related works with minimal disturbance to customer property.
• Performing renovations and repairs to existing customer pools.
• Implementing company policies regarding customer service, administration, and stock control.
• Planning and coordinating work with the Construction Team Leader.
• Ensuring high standards of vehicle and equipment presentation and maintenance.
• Coordinating material supplies with the Warehouse Manager.
• Assisting the Construction Team Leader in achieving planned construction outcomes and controlling costs to budget.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction work preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills in construction.
