As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing construction sites and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, as well as achieving high-quality finishes for building projects. • Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: $95,000 to $100,000 per year
• Location: Toowoomba, QLD

Responsibilities:

As a Construction Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing construction sites as the principal contractor
• Ensuring compliance with WH&S obligations
• Achieving high-quality finishes for building projects
• Communicating and negotiating with trades
• Regularly engaging with internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinating access to properties with owners
• Resolving disputes as required
• Overseeing OH&S matters
• Obtaining necessary final certificates from trades, engineers, and certifiers

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Previous experience in a similar position within the construction industry
• Knowledge of WH&S and legislative requirements
• Ability to manage sub-contractors
• Willingness to travel if necessary
• A valid Driver's License
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
