About this role
Are you an accomplished IT technician looking for a new challenge as an IT coordinator? Would you like to leverage your technical skills for a team of technology professionals? We are seeking an IT technician coordinator who will be responsible for all activities of their team as well as the management and assignment of various projects and activities.

What you'll do
- Provide daily IT support for employees
- Plan and organize the work of the technical team
- Act as a technical reference
- Handle service escalations, clients, and subcontractors
- Monitor and evaluate project performance
- Make suggestions to improve the performance of IT systems
- Document and maintain the company's IT processes

Requirements
- 5 years of experience as an IT technician or related role
- 2 years of experience in a managerial and/or team lead role
- Knowledge of Microsoft environment (Windows 10, Windows Server 2012-2019, Active Directory, GPO, Office 365)
- Knowledge of virtualization and Veeam solutions
- Knowledge of networking (DNS, DHCP, VOIP, Firewall, routing, and switching)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience in a manufacturing environment (an asset)
- Bilingual
