About this role
In this warehouse supervisor role, you will report to the Director and oversee the work of the shipping, receiving, and all warehouse operations. The position is located in Saint-Laurent, within the food distribution industry.
🎯
What you'll do
- Supervise warehouse staff ensuring optimal performance and adherence to company policies
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of incoming and outgoing logistics to meet operational and customer requirements
- Coordinate the receipt of all materials, items, and products, ensuring they are sorted, labeled, and stored according to company standards
- Work closely with the purchasing department to align stock levels with production schedules and customer demand
- Organize and manage warehouse space to maximize efficiency
- Supervise daily inspections of warehouse equipment reports
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by conducting regular safety audits and training sessions
- Oversee planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery, and equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Manage and organize the cycle inventory process

- Proven experience in personnel management within a warehouse environment
- Recognized experience with inventory management systems
- Experience in food distribution
- Fast-paced stock rotation work environment
- Functional bilingualism
