What you'll do

  • Ensure the growth of the branch (strategic planning) - we are looking for a hands-on manager who leads by example.
  • Supervision, hiring, and evaluation of staff.
  • Act as a resource person for employees (internal sales, external sales, warehouse staff).
  • Budget management of the branch.
  • Actively participate in business development in partnership with sales representatives.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally in distribution.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a personnel management role (sales), ideally in the industrial and/or technical sector.
  • Experience in budget management and strategic planning.
  • Be a good mobilizer and team builder.
  • Skills in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
  • Motivated by results, ambitious, and possess excellent team spirit.
