What you'll do
- Ensure the growth of the branch (strategic planning) - we are looking for a hands-on manager who leads by example.
- Supervision, hiring, and evaluation of staff.
- Act as a resource person for employees (internal sales, external sales, warehouse staff).
- Budget management of the branch.
- Actively participate in business development in partnership with sales representatives.

Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally in distribution.
- Minimum of 5 years in a personnel management role (sales), ideally in the industrial and/or technical sector.
- Experience in budget management and strategic planning.
- Be a good mobilizer and team builder.
- Skills in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
- Motivated by results, ambitious, and possess excellent team spirit.
