Responsibilities

As a US Foods, Inc. Delivery Driver, you will be a crucial part of our team and represent our organization to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing best-in-class customer service
• Delivering customers' orders in a timely manner
• Unloading products and placing items in customer storage areas
• Performing repeated, manual heavy lifting of items up to 80 pounds
• Making frequent stops during a work shift
• Delivering products in various weather conditions
• Verifying delivery of items with customers
• Collecting payment when required

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Class A Truck Driver at US Foods, Inc., you must meet the following requirements:

• At least 21 years of age
• Valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
• Valid U.S. driver's license with proper endorsements if required
• Clean driving record with no more than two traffic violations in the past two years
• Minimum of six months of commercial driving experience or three months of driving experience in the food and beverage delivery industry
• Must be able to pass DOT physical
