- Responsibilities: As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Delivering orders to customers on time and maintaining productivity.
- Unloading products and placing them in the customer storage area using a hand truck.
- Performing manual heavy lifting of items up to 80 pounds.
- Making frequent stops during a work shift and delivering products in various weather conditions.
- Verifying delivery of items with customers and collecting payments when necessary.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Valid CDL Class A License: You must possess a valid CDL Class A license issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
- High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred.
- Driving Experience: Minimum of six months of commercial driving experience in any industry or three months of driving experience in the food and beverage delivery industry is required.
- Clean Driving Record: No more than two convictions for traffic violations in the past two years, no DUI convictions in the past three years, and no driver's license suspensions in the past three years.
- Physical Fitness: Must be able to pass a DOT physical examination.
