Job Responsibilities

As a CDL A Local Delivery Truck Driver, your responsibilities will include:

• Safely operating a tractor-trailer to make deliveries on an assigned route schedule
• Manually unloading and delivering a variety of products (meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, dry goods, supplies, etc.)
• Building positive relationships with customers and becoming familiar with their operations to meet their needs and expectations
• Adhering to safety procedures and traffic laws

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• Recent driving school graduates are welcome
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Ability to lift, push, or move product weighing up to an average of 40-60 pounds
• Flexibility to work overtime, occasional weekends, and holidays
