Responsibilities

As a CDL A Local Delivery Truck Driver, your responsibilities will include:

• Safely and efficiently operating a tractor-trailer and transport doubles (potentially triples) between Sysco facilities and shuttle yards.
• Unloading and delivering various products to customer locations on an assigned route schedule.
• Adhering to all safety regulations and maintaining a clean driving record.

Requirements

To qualify for the position of CDL A Local Delivery Truck Driver, you must meet the following requirements:

• At least 21 years of age.
• Must submit to a pre-employment drug screen.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Doubles/Triples Endorsement preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, or move products weighing an average of 40-60 pounds and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
