Job Details

As a CDL A Delivery Truck Driver Trainee, you will:

• Safely and efficiently operate a tractor-trailer to deliver products to customer locations on an assigned route schedule
• Unload and deliver various products, including meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, and dry goods
• Build positive relationships with customers and become familiar with their operations to meet their needs and expectations
• Attend CDL-A training classes to enhance your skills and knowledge

Qualifications

To be considered for the CDL A Delivery Truck Driver Trainee position, you should have the following qualifications:

• Recent driving school graduates are welcome
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• CDL Permit
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Ability to lift, push, or move products weighing an average of 40-60 pounds and up to 100 pounds
• Flexibility to work overtime, occasional weekends, and holidays
