Summary:

We are currently seeking dependable and motivated CDL A Driver Trainees to join our team at SYSCO. In this role, you will have the opportunity to safely and efficiently operate a tractor-trailer and deliver various products to customer locations. Our truck drivers are the face of our company, building relationships with customers and ensuring their needs are met.

As a CDL A Driver Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training and have the opportunity for career growth within SYSCO.

Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operate a tractor-trailer
• Manually unload and deliver various products to customer locations
• Build positive relationships with customers
• Become familiar with customer operations to meet needs and expectations

Requirements:

• Recent driving school graduates are welcome
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Must be able to handle touch freight and lift up to 100 pounds
• Flexibility to work overtime, occasional weekends, and holidays
