As a CDL A Driver Trainee, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods to customer locations on an assigned route schedule. This position offers excellent pay, including productivity incentives, and most driver trainees have daily routes and are home nightly.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate a tractor-trailer
• Manually unload and deliver various products to customer locations
• Build positive relationships with customers and understand their operations
• Meet customer needs and expectations

Requirements

• Recent driving school graduates are welcome
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Ability to lift, push, or move product weighing an average of 40-60 pounds, and up to 100 pounds
• Flexibility to work overtime, occasional weekends, and holidays
