Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Solutioning, Transitions, and Process Excellence teams at Xceedance.
• Develop sound solutions to expand our client base in the Property/Casualty industry and generate consulting revenue.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to deliver client and business value.
• Collaborate with the Client Partner, Business Development, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth project transitions and successful engagements.
• Manage the solutioning team and drive business development efforts to achieve annual growth targets.
• Nurture business relationships with insurers, reinsurers, brokers, and MGAs to drive consulting revenue.
• Use your knowledge of the insurance industry and competitors to identify and communicate Xceedance differentiators.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 20 years of relevant work experience within the insurance sector.
• Detailed understanding of insurance business operations and in-depth knowledge of functional areas within diverse insurance organizations.
• Proven experience in leading and managing complex transitions or projects.
• Strong expertise in process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple initiatives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with business solutioning and sales support.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
• Established connections within the insurance industry.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
