Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver enterprise SD-WAN solutions leveraging subject matter expertise.
• Work closely with customers, building trust with stakeholders and leading the design process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Provide technological vision for network transformation and serve as the engineering team lead.
• Create client solutions based on business requirements involving advanced networks, data center, security, and virtualization technologies.
• Proactively manage client engagement, technology lifecycle development, and coordination with stakeholders.
• Support standard and custom solution development initiatives and network management device certification.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage the design and implementation of client projects.
• Provide technical training and support for the Managed Services Operations team.

Requirements:

• Experience in implementing solutions involving SD-WAN, WAN, LAN, WLAN, VoIP, Data Analytics, Security, and Virtual technologies.
• Ability to analyse and evaluate network capacity and performance data to drive improvements.
• Strong technical skills in technology, process, and client solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee a team, manage resources, and provide incident support.
• Proficiency in creating presentations and demonstrations related to technology and client solutions.
• Ownership of the design process and addressing critical issues.
