As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will be instrumental in implementing and enhancing enterprise-wide technology solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities:

• Take the lead in designing, developing, and deploying highly customized Salesforce solutions across various business domains.
• Spearhead the adoption of Salesforce best practices to ensure scalability, maintainability, and optimal performance.
• Supervise the integration of Salesforce with external systems.
• Conduct comprehensive code reviews.
• Mentor and nurture a team of skilled Salesforce developers, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Effectively delegate tasks, recognize team members' strengths, and support their professional development.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to articulate technical requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging Salesforce technologies and releases, exploring their potential applications.
• Introduce innovative ideas and best practices to continually enhance our Salesforce implementation.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of extensive experience in designing and developing solutions on the force.com platform.
• Proficiency in business analysis to comprehend business problems and propose optimal technical solutions.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities with critical and analytical thinking skills.
• Expertise in technologies including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Lightning Components, Visualforce, Web Services, Salesforce Lightning App Builder, Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS), SOQL, AJAX, XML, JSON, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Extensions for VS Code, GIT, and Deployment Tools like Copado.
• Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and tools, such as REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, and MuleSoft.
• Proven track record of managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, or equivalent.
