Livspace is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to monitor and manage the project lifecycle for interior fitout projects. As an Operations Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating with manpower agencies, ensuring resource allocation, fostering teamwork between stakeholders, reporting project progress, and maintaining excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the project lifecycle from initiation to execution, taking ownership and responsibility.
• Engage clients and provide regular updates on project activities.
• Coordinate with manpower agencies to assign the right resources and ensure timely completion of work.
• Foster effective communication and teamwork among project stakeholders.
• Prepare formal reporting arrangements, such as Weekly Progress Reports.
• Build professional relationships with design professionals, vendors, and clients.
• Direct the installation team to execute work safely according to the design plan.
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure high execution standards and customer satisfaction.

External Skills And Expertise:

• B. Tech (Civil/Architecture) from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges.
• Alternate qualification: B. Tech (Civil/Architecture) + MBA from RICS or NICMAR.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in executing Corporate/Residential interior fitout projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel/GSheets.
• Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Demonstrated aptitude for basic project management principles.
• Entrepreneurial zeal and ownership mindset.
