Responsibilities

• Perform customer sales and service transactions
• Handle high-value transactions accurately
• Conduct identity services transactions
• Promote products and services through up-selling and cross-selling
• Assist customers with mail lodgements
• Maintain customer relationships and understand their needs
• Support with administrative tasks, such as stocktaking

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service and cash handling
• Ability to lift up to 16kgs of mail and stand for extended periods
