Responsibilities
- Perform customer sales and service transactions
- Handle high-value transactions accurately
- Conduct identity services transactions
- Promote products and services through up-selling and cross-selling
- Assist customers with mail lodgements
- Maintain customer relationships and understand their needs
- Support with administrative tasks, such as stocktaking
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service and cash handling
- Ability to lift up to 16kgs of mail and stand for extended periods
