Responsibilities

• Conduct customer sales and service transactions
• Handle high-value transactions accurately
• Process identity services transactions
• Promote products through up-selling and cross-selling
• Assist with mail lodgements and associated costs
• Maintain relationships with customers
• Perform administrative tasks such as stocktaking

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need to be friendly, reliable, and customer-focused. Previous experience in customer service and cash handling is essential. Additionally, you should be physically able to lift up to 16kgs and stand for long periods.
