Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and coach the team for improved performance.
• Supervise a medium to large team in line with organizational needs.
• Manage team performance to achieve targets.
• Plan resource requirements and enhance support systems.
• Coordinate daily operations including scheduling and managing leave approvals.
• Follow escalation procedures for customer complaints.
