Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our team as a contractor. This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely with a successful and dedicated provider in NSW. As a Rehabilitation Counsellor, you will be working with clients who have sustained an injury within the NSW Workers Compensation scheme. We offer competitive fee-for-service rates of up to $120 per hour, guaranteed hours (up to 30 hours per week), and the flexibility to work from anywhere in Australia. Responsibilities:

• Conduct remote assessments, primarily Vocational Assessments
• Manage return to work cases for clients
• Liaise with key stakeholders
• Collaborate with our strong employment services division
• Complete high-level written reports

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling (with relevant registration & membership ASORC, etc)
• Previous occupational rehabilitation experience
• Recent experience with NSW Workers Compensation cases
• Ability to work effectively independently
• Strong communication skills and client-centered approach
• ACN & Professional Indemnity Insurance (or willingness to gain)
