Our company, ApexFocusGroup, is currently looking for individuals to join as part-time remote Customer Service Representative Focus Group Panelists. As a panelist, you will have the opportunity to participate in National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Market Research assignments. This flexible role allows you to earn extra income from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities

• Show up at least 10 minutes before the discussion start time
• Participate by completing written and oral instructions
• Complete written surveys provided for each panel
• Use products and/or services if provided, and be ready to discuss

Requirements

• Must have either a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
• Access to a high-speed internet connection
• Desire to fully participate in various topics
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• No prior Customer Service Representative experience necessary
