Responsibilities

• Provide timely and responsible HSE service
• Assist in the development of Work Packs, including methodology and risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and legislative requirements
• Assist in investigating incidents and accidents, implementing corrective actions
• Conduct regular inspections and audits

Requirements

• Minimum Certificate IV in OH&S management, ideally a Diploma-level qualification in a relevant safety discipline
• Strong experience in a similar site-based role in the construction industry
• Robust understanding of the WHS Act and Regulations
• Experience in Safety Management System implementation
