Summary:

Australia Post is seeking an Electric Vehicle Delivery Driver to join our team in Mount Isa, QLD. As the face of our trusted business, you will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to homes and businesses within the local community. We offer full-time permanent employment from Monday to Friday, providing stability and work-life balance.

Position Details:

• Start your day early in the morning, sorting mail and small parcels with your teammates at the facility
• Complete your daily vehicle safety check
• Load your vehicle with deliveries for the day
• Deliver outdoors in all types of weather
• Work autonomously, interacting with others and being a team player
• Be paired up with experienced Rider Mentors who will support your professional development

Requirements:

• Hold a full or probationary QLD driver's licence
• Successfully pass our mandatory and practical riding assessment
• Flexibility in working additional hours if required
• Good memory, excellent attention to detail, and ability to lift up to 16kgs of mail and parcels regularly
