Details:

• Role: Consultant Psychiatrist
• Location: Cairns, QLD
• Salary: $3,000 per day
• Date Range: Commencing on 06/04/2024, for up to 4 weeks with the possibility of extension

Responsibilities:

As a Consultant Psychiatrist, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing psychiatric assessments and treatment to patients
• Collaborating with the nursing and JMO team to ensure comprehensive care
• Developing and implementing treatment plans
• Conducting regular reviews of patient progress
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

• Specialist Registration with AHPRA
• Experience in General Adult and Remote Inpatient Psychiatry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
